Loved the "privileged" service, especially when the air conditioner, cable TV, and telephone all decided to break down. The empty coffee pot in the morning was the cherry on top.

Who needs a functioning air conditioner, TV, and telephone? It's all part of the "charming" antiquated experience.

My friend and I appreciated being there. My room was good-sized with an exceptional view of the sea. The hotel employees were excellent and helpful. The location of the venue was incredible, close to the restaurants. Plus, it was adjacent to the ocean, nice staff, ocean view from the window as well as the beach of Barra de Tijuca. The food was outstanding, amazing.

Staying at this hotel was an awesome experience. The location is perfect; it is right across from one of the top beaches of the city. Plus, it is surrounded by great restaurants that you can easily reach on foot. My room was so comfortable and spacious, and the ocean view from it was fantastic. The staff was friendly and always pleased to help me. Breakfast was delicious, including the regional fruit plates. Solitude was never a problem because this hotel had a nice pool to enjoy.

The language barrier could be an issue as not all the staff can speak fluent English.

We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and being able to step outside and walk right onto the sand. The staff provided excellent service, from room service to housekeeping, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and convenient. The room amenities, such as ironing facilities and a mini-bar, were a great addition. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms allowed us to stay connected, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime. The dining options, including the restaurant and bar/lounge area, were top-notch. The breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying. We also enjoyed spending time by the outdoor swimming pool, which was a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The hotel's beach access made it easy for us to enjoy the crystal-clear waters and soft sand. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
